Privacy Policy
Plain rules for the data you share with GigaBun while we warm up the warren.

Who we are
- GigaBun runs game server hosting at gigabun.gg. For privacy questions, write to privacy@gigabun.gg or press@gigabun.gg.
What we collect
- Launch waitlist: first name, last name, and email when you use “Ping me at launch.”
- Support chat: messages and contact details you send through on-site chat.
- Site usage: anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referrers, device type) via Vercel Analytics.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser, and timestamps may appear in server or CDN logs for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To email you once when GigaBun goes live, if you joined the waitlist.
- To answer support questions you start in chat.
- To understand how the site is used and fix problems.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing spam from the waitlist.
Legal bases
- Consent — when you submit the waitlist form or start a chat.
- Legitimate interests — securing the site, preventing abuse, and measuring basic traffic.
- You can withdraw waitlist consent by emailing us; we will remove you from the launch list.
Where data goes
- Resend — stores waitlist contacts so we can send the launch email.
- Our support platform provider — powers on-site chat and related support tickets.
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides Analytics.
- Our API and database on our infrastructure — a copy of waitlist signups for operations.
- These providers process data under their own terms and appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist contacts: until launch email is sent, or you ask us to delete them, or at most 24 months if launch is delayed.
- Chat and support records: as long as needed to resolve your request, then per our support retention practice (typically up to 24 months).
- Analytics: aggregated and retained according to Vercel Analytics defaults.
Your rights
- Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to certain processing.
- Use the Remove my data form for erasure requests with ID verification, or email privacy@gigabun.gg. We respond within a reasonable time, and within legal deadlines where they apply.
Children
- GigaBun is aimed at people who can manage game servers. Do not submit personal data for children under 16 without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian where required.
Changes
- We may update this policy as the product grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
